How to Place an Order
It is important to note that we collaborate with several official dealerships across Europe, particularly in Germany and Norway, and we offer a wide selection of used vehicles at highly competitive prices. These vehicles are available for order with immediate delivery.
Shipping and Delivery
- 2 days for delivery within France.
- 5 to 7 days for delivery anywhere in Europe.
- Delivery fees within France range from €500 to €800, depending on the distance and type of vehicle.
- Delivery fees for Europe range from €1,000 to €1,500.
Upon delivery, the vehicle’s registration certificate (carte grise) and all relevant documentation will be handed to you personally. After a 14-day trial period, you have the option to request a full refund if you encounter any issues or malfunctions with your vehicle.
Order Compliance
Our vehicles undergo more than 150 points of inspection and are guaranteed to be free of any defects, meaning they have no dents or scratches. Therefore, no additional costs should be expected for the general condition of any vehicle purchased from us, and the first oil change is complimentary upon delivery.
Orders and Payments
- Placing an Order
Orders can be placed directly on our website, via email, or through a phone call for a quick and spontaneous response. All questions about the order are welcome. Our prices include VAT, which is recoverable for businesses and professionals. - Payment Methods
Cash payments are not accepted. All orders must be paid via bank transfer to ensure proof of payment.
Payment plans are available only for vehicles priced above €20,000.
Required Information for Order Verification
- Your complete details: first and last name, postal code and city, full address, and mobile phone number.
- Copy of your ID.
- Copy of the Kbis (business registration certificate) for companies.
Warranties
- Manufacturer’s warranty.
- 14-day trial and withdrawal period: If the vehicle is not compliant or has any defect, the down payment and shipping fees will be refunded.
- As proof of payment receipt, an invoice will be sent confirming that the payment has been made.
